Established in India in 2002, this leading luxury ayurvedic skincare brand contacted us to help them launch the brand internationally.
Approach
We spent time understanding the business in India and supported the team with reviewing their global brand positioning to develop their point of difference and incorporate their DNA into their storytelling. This then facilitated a review of the brand, distribution and product architecture, including new product development, packaging and pricing for international expansion.
Result
We helped Kama Ayurveda expand and evolve their offering in India and developed a 3-year international strategy, which has expanded with investment from a large European beauty conglomerate.
